When signs indicate a patient is nearing the end of life we increase our presence at the bedside to care for the patient and support loved ones. The Voyage Vigil team may include our registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers and chaplains.
As part of the St. Croix Hospice North Star Dementia Program staff are Dementia Care Certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
