When a patient’s clinical team notes a significant decline, they will offer families the support of our Voyage Vigil Program®. Our compassionate caregivers will initiate the program while supporting the individual wishes of patients through end of life.

Who is part of the Voyage Vigil team?
The Voyage Vigil team may include registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers and chaplains. Each member plays a role in providing medical, emotional and spiritual support. The team works together to care for both the patient and their loved ones. Their goal is to ensure comfort and dignity.
