Voyage Vigil Program®
When signs and symptoms indicate a patient is approaching their final days, our Voyage Vigil Program® increases caregiver presence to ensure patients and families have as much support as possible at the end of life.
As part of the St. Croix Hospice North Star Dementia Program staff are Dementia Care Certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
