Hospice Care in Mt. Pleasant, WI

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jen and St. Croix Hospice! Jen is the hospice nurse who regularly comes into our facility, and she is truly amazing to work with. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable, and always goes above and beyond for her patients, their families, and our staff. Communication with Jen is excellent. She is responsive to concerns, follows through, and works closely with our team to make sure residents are comfortable and receiving the best possible care. You can genuinely tell that she cares about the people she serves and takes pride in what she does. Our experience with St. Croix Hospice as a whole has been wonderful. Their team is supportive, professional, and easy to work with, and they have been a great partner to our facility. Having a hospice team that we can trust and rely on makes such a difference. We are incredibly thankful for Jen and the entire St. Croix Hospice team and would highly recommend them to residents and families looking for compassionate end-of-life care.

St Croix was so helpful for our mother and our family as she was at the end of her life. The team worked with us to be ready for when we would need their services and they were ready when we had to make the call. They came quickly allowing her to stay in her residence and pass away with family around and no pain. Emily worked excellently with family out of town and in town and helped us all through the last day with our mom. When she passed Emily took care of so much and gave us the ability to grieve with our mom trusting next steps were being taken care of. They treated our mom with care, respect and compassion. Our family was greatly appreciative.
