Arlene .takes great care of my dad.. She is kind, compassionate, and always makes sure he’s clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly appreciate everything she does. I also want to recognize Jae. She was absolutely amazing. Every time she walked into my dad’s room, his face would light up, and he would blow her kisses. It was obvious how much he adored her. She treated him with such warmth, kindness, and compassion, and she brought so much comfort to him and to our family. My dad passed away today, and knowing he was cared for by someone as genuinely loving as Jae gives us so much peace. We will always be grateful for the care she gave him and will never forget her.

The staff is wonderful. Arlene who is my mother’s CNA is such a warm and caring person. Going above and beyond her duties. She truly loves my mother and cares for as her own. All the team is so responsive. Calling to give me an update after each meeting. So caring. Truly love this group

St. Croix Hospice provided truly exceptional care for our mom/grandmother during one of the most emotional times in our lives. From the very beginning, their entire care team treated her—and all of us—with such compassion, dignity, and respect. Every nurse, aide, and staff member went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and cared for. It was clear that this wasn’t just a job to them—they genuinely cared about her as a person, honoring her life, her personality, and her wishes. That meant everything to our family. We want to give a special shout-out to Jake and Kristen, who made such a meaningful impact on our experience. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine compassion will never be forgotten. They brought comfort not only to our mom/grandmother, but to our entire family. Through this process, they became honorary members of the family and referred to her as “mama”. The team also supported us in ways we didn’t even realize we needed—offering guidance, reassurance, and steady support every step of the way. Their presence brought a sense of peace and comfort that is hard to put into words. We are forever grateful for the love and care they showed our mom/grandmother. St. Croix Hospice made an incredibly difficult time more bearable, and we will never forget the difference they made.
