If we could give them 10 stars we would! I cannot say enough about the exceptional care my loved one and our family received from the Lombard Hospice team. From the very first day, every staff member went above and beyond to provide not only medical expertise but also genuine compassion and comfort.

The nurses were attentive, skilled, and patient, always taking the time to explain each step of care and making sure our questions were answered. The aides showed such kindness and respect, treating my loved one with dignity at every moment. The social worker and chaplain were also invaluable, offering emotional and spiritual support that truly eased this difficult journey.

What stood out most was how the entire team worked seamlessly together, always communicating and ensuring our family felt supported. They treated us not just as patients, but as people they deeply cared about.

The Lombard hospice staff namely Shian, Melissa, Marci, Laura, Laurie, and Chaplin Tim to name a few, demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and compassion, and we will always be grateful for the comfort and peace they brought during such a challenging time. They are truly a gift to families in need of hospice care.

I am very grateful for the wonderful team who took care of my mom. Everyone was always helpful, compassionate, knowledgable, and communicated well with all of us. St. Croix Hospice cared for my mom over the past six weeks until her passing a few days ago. Our family has had other experiences with good hospice providers, but we think St. Croix is superior. Wonderful care, communication and organization. All of this delivered with kindness and warmth. We couldn’t ask for better hospice care supporting an already excellent skilled nursing staff.
