We, at Gurnee Place Memory Care, are incredibly grateful for our partnership with St. Croix Hospice and the wonderful team that supports our community. Kyle, our liaison, consistently goes above and beyond to check in, stay connected with our team, and makes himself available whenever Gurnee Place needs support.

We also greatly appreciate Amanda and Ingrid, the nurses, Barbara, the social worker, the CNAs, Pastor, and everyone else who comes into our community. The entire team is compassionate, professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to the residents and families they serve.

St. Croix Hospice is a wonderful community partner, and we are thankful for the strong relationship we have built with their team. We highly recommend them at Gurnee Place Memory Care!!

Our family cannot express enough praise for the Lincolnshire St Croix team! From the moment we contacted them, they were so quick to attend to all our needs, order meds and supplies, and always so compassionate and professional! I was amazed how much time they dedicated to caring not just for our father but also caring for the rest of us. Thank you especially to Marc and Jen for not only providing great attentive care, but for listening and expressing genuine concern. They treated our dad with such dignity and respect, always taking time to explain to us his current condition and preparing us for the next phase. Highly recommend St. Croix Hospice; 5 stars is not enough! Team members were a group of phenomenal professionals there to help with whatever we needed. Mark our RN, the pastor, the social worker, the message therapist and Jen the RN that helped us through the last day were all compassionate, kind and more than willing to help in the care of our aunt. Mark is an excellent communicator whose care centered around keeping our aunt comfortable and us cared for. Mark was able to deliver information in a timely and understandable manner. We will be forever thankful for St. Croix and their team.
