Hospice Care in Faribault, MN

We had the sad occasion just recently to use St Croix Hospice. Our first contact was with Megan who was professional, polite, informative and listened. After family discussion we got back to her and she got to work straight away organizing all we needed to make our loved one comfortable and fulfill her wish to die in our home surrounded by those who loved her, (even though on sick leave). Within hours we had a "hospital bed and oxygen. That evening we had Bianca, on call RN, come to our home with immediate supplies, arrange with their doctor essential pain relief so there was no gap in care when our relative was discharged from hospital. She gave us answers to our many questions, guidance and much needed support for our relative and us. Our relative declined quickly and so we had another nurse, Carmen -RN come in daily and she also was a calm in our storm. These 3 members of St Croix Hospice are valuable assets and tremendous ambassadors for St Croix and hospice care! We met others but our whole family appreciated Megan, Bianca and Carmen's professional, caring and quality of care to our loved one, and us! Highly recommend!
