North Star Dementia Program™
At St. Croix Hospice in Council Bluffs, we have Dementia Care Certified staff who are dedicated to providing a safe environment and improved quality of life for patients and caregivers. Our care teams work to help proactively manage symptoms for hospice patients with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related disorders.
Voyage Vigil Program®
Family support is offered through our Voyage Vigil Program®. Increased care team support is available at the bedside when signs and symptoms indicate a patient is approaching their final days.
As part of the St. Croix Hospice North Star Dementia Program staff are Dementia Care Certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
