Tami Johnson-White

Tami Johnson-White serves as Chief Compliance Officer for St. Croix Hospice. She brings to the organization 32 years of progressive, multi-faceted senior leadership experience in healthcare compliance and privacy.

Tami’s extensive experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer for two separate healthcare organizations, where she played a pivotal role in shaping policies and ensuring regulatory adherence. Throughout her career, Tami has built a reputation for her strategic leadership and commitment to ethical standards in healthcare administration. In addition to her compliance expertise, she has developed and led teams dedicated to continuous improvement and patient care quality.

Tami has a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned her master’s degree in speech language pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her unique educational background bridges clinical expertise and business acumen, enabling her to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Tami’s passion for helping others and her drive for excellence have consistently guided her professional journey, making her a respected figure in the healthcare community. Outside of her day-to-day work Tami has a passion for mentoring young leaders.
