Hospice Care in Bloomington, MN

My husband of 48 years passed away under the care of St. Croix hospice Plymouth, in our home. Best decision I ever made!
The nurses, aides, phone nurses, social worker, and the spiritual counselor are all angels in disguise. They guided my husband and I through a very difficult time and they did it with careing compassion. From scheduled visits, to 3 a.m. calls with urgent nurse visits they always responded.
They really want to help you and make your loved one as comfortable as possible. I will be forever grateful for their care!

It’s been four long months since the day we called St Croix hospice to help us navigate the worst days of our life. From the very first phone call, and during the four weeks until my dear friend passed, we were treated with the utmost respect! Every concern, odd request, and question was met with prompt personal care and concern. We recieved compassionate, loving care by every single person we had contact with!
