Tom’s Special Trip

At St. Croix Hospice, we’re dedicated to making dreams come true for our patients. Recently, our team in Baraboo, Wisconsin, had the privilege of creating a special day for Thomas, a beloved professional Santa Claus who has spread joy to countless children. 

Thanks to the Dream Foundation and Chasing Trophies Fishing Guide Service, we arranged a memorable fishing trip for Tom. He enjoyed a peaceful morning on the water, joined by our compassionate CNA, Kelly.
