Robert Returns to the Races

Robert, a lifelong racing fan, hadn’t been to the Knoxville races in over four years due to an accident that left him mostly bedridden. After joining St. Croix Hospice, Robert’s world opened up, and his family had one wish: to take him back to the races. The staff at St. Croix Hospice in Cedar Falls, Iowa, made it happen. Family and friends from across the U.S. and Australia gathered for a VIP day Robert would never forget. From meeting racing champions to enjoying time with loved ones, Robert’s smile said it all: “This is the best day ever!”
