Patient Relives Ballroom Dancing Past

Decades after teaching his fellow army officers how to dance, veteran and St. Croix Hospice patient Ed can still get down on the dance floor. Recently, Ed’s St. Croix Hospice care team coordinated with his facility to surprise him with a veteran’s recognition event that included ballroom dancing. Ed got to show off his skills, dancing with St. Croix Hospice employee Jessica who also happens to teach ballroom dancing. “I was so happy to share one of my greatest passions with Ed,” Jessica said. “And he still has moves!”
