I need you all to know how much my family and me appreciated your expertise and care that your organization provided our lovely mother. From the moment I contacted Randy the staff went into action by his direction.Jaquetta was the... first to arrive at our home, assessed my mother’s situation and guaranteed you all would make her comfortable and you did. She ordered the hospital bed, oxygen and a plan for pain management.Xavier arrived with the bed, set it up expeditiously and taught me how to operate it and the oxygen. He is a very nice young man.Rachel, the RN took her vitals, assured us she was comfortable.Cheryl, the RN who came one evening and again assured us mom was comfortable. She taught me how to be more efficient when changing mom’s sheets and diapers.
