Kelsey Derrick serves as Associate General Counsel for St. Croix Hospice, overseeing a wide variety of legal and regulatory matters organization wide. Kelsey joined St. Croix Hospice in June 2023.
In addition to legal expertise, Kelsey brings a wealth of operations and compliance experience from previous executive healthcare leadership roles. As a small-town Wisconsin native, she was drawn to St. Croix Hospice because of the organization’s focus on providing and expanding high-quality hospice care in rural communities.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
Kelsey resides in Western Wisconsin with her husband and three young girls, to whom she dedicates most of her personal time.
